European scrap market continues to move
Benelux scrap prices decreased this week. While prices in the Netherlands and Germany decreased, prices in Italy remained flat. Scrap prices in Benelux started the week of 26 June at £283, down from £310 last week. In the Netherlands, the price started the week at $358, down $1.
Rebar prices show volatility
Rebar in Italy is trading at £650 this week, up from £655 last week. In Spain, prices have been stable at $575 for two weeks. In Germany and Poland, prices have remained stable.
HRC and CRC prices have also moved
HRC prices are trading at £695 in Germany, £680 in Spain and £610 in Italy this week.
As for CRC prices, Italy's HRC, which was at £745 last week, remained unchanged this week. On the other hand, prices are unchanged at £685 in Spain and £940 in Germany.
Steel plate prices decreased in Europe this week
In Italy, steel plate prices decreased from £775 last week to £740 this week.
According to the newly announced prices, steel plate prices in Germany decreased from £910 to £830.
