The cost-side support is definitely becoming more visible, especially in China. However, I think the key question is whether downstream demand will actually improve enough to justify further billet price increases. Buyers in Southeast Asia are still very price-sensitive, so higher export offers could quickly limit transaction volumes.

Habaş patronu, Sayın Mehmet Başaran ın endişelerini devlet sorumlularımızın anlaması lazım,  bu fabrikalar kapanır ise her taraf çin ürünü dolar,  ithalat ihracat oranlarımız belli, ihraç ettiğimizden çok daha fazla ithal ediyoruz, bunun düzelmesi lazım.
