On average, S275 is trading at €650-670/ton ($686-707) delivered, while S355 is trading at just below €700/t delivered. Sources anticipate some demand revival in November when Italian companies are buying for year-end deliveries.
Import Asian slab contracts are said to have been concluded at $580/t cfr Italy and have been mostly stable compared to mid-September.
