During the period, Germany’s hot-rolled steel production was up by 1.4% year on year to approximately 2.8 million tons.
In the first two months of this year, Germany’s crude steel output totaled around 6.5 million tons, up by 1.1% year on year; the hot-rolled steel output was roughly 5.8 million tons, dropping by 1% year on year.
