Rebar prices in Turkey are flat on the third day of the week. Rebar prices are traded at $760 at Istanbul factories, $755-770 at Izmir steelworks, and $765 at Payas factories. Although no concessions are made in producer prices, the weak demand in the spot market puts pressure on prices.
