Steel prices continue to decline. While prices of $370 are mentioned in import scrap offers, Turkish steelmakers are staying away from buying. Ship dismantling prices, on the other hand, declined to the level of $390.
Trading slowed down in the iron and steel market
Factories announced their list prices of $730. However, it seems moderate to go below $700 in sales if demand can gather. Trading in the merchant market is also slow and calm.
