Syntagma Capital begins negotiations to acquire Erasteel

Syntagma Capital announced that it has started exclusive negotiations with Eramet Group to acquire Erasteel. Erasteel, the world leader in the conventional and powder metallurgy of high speed steels used for high performance machining, drilling and cutting tools, also offers sustainable solutions for the recovery of batteries, catalysts and metals. Serving mainly aerospace, automotive and industrial sectors in 2022, the company has 850 employees at six facilities in France, Sweden and China.
