Rebar prices continue to rise in the Turkish steel market. The rise in the dollar exchange rate increased rebar prices in Turkish lira terms.

The dollar / TL, which moved in an upward trend yesterday, completed the day at 28.9135 with an increase of 0.16 percent. The dollar is traded at 28.9339 liras after starting the day with a value gain.

While sales prices at iron and steel mills continued in the range of $580-605/ton, TL-based prices caused increases of 100-200tl in spot sales.

Istanbul rebar prices 20,600 TL (+200) / 711,97 USD (+6,91)

Izmir rebar prices 20.100 TL (+100) / 694,69 USD (+3,46)

Karabuk rebar prices 20.400 TL (+100) / 705,06 USD (+3,46)

Payas rebar prices 20.700 TL (+200) / 715,43 USD (+6,91)

1 USD = 28,93 Turkish Lira
