Producer prices were flat today. Shipbreaking scrap prices increased another $30. It seems that Turkey has suspended new purchases of imported scrap. No new connection has been heard for 2 days. In the trader, on the other hand, prices tended to soften somewhat.
The traded rebar prices that we publish on a daily basis are explained as follows;
Istanbul iron prices are reduced by 50 TL to 16.200 TL.
Izmir iron prices did not change, 16,000 TL
Karabük iron prices do not change, 16,000 TL
Payas iron prices remained unchanged and were announced as 16,000 TL.
