In the iron and steel market, some steel producers in Türkiye have raised prices due to the steep stance in raw material prices. However, weak demand in the domestic market continues. Buyers are not stocking more than they need. Imported scrap prices in Türkiye are hovering around $370, imported billet prices are hovering around $505, while rebar prices at producers are hovering between $570-590 depending on the region.
