While the Turkish lira lost value, transactions increased in the steel market

Turkish lira continues to lose value. The dollar exchange rate, which was around 28.24 yesterday, rose above 28.28 today. While the increase in the dollar exchange rate had a negative impact on the steel markets, the extension of the anti-dumping period for some import products stimulated the markets, albeit slightly. Although spot market prices remained flat, trading volume increased slightly.
