Russia's shipments of raw aluminum to EU countries increased

In January 2023, European countries' unprocessed aluminum imports to Russia amounted to 50,764.8 tons, an increase of 30% compared to December 2022 and a decrease of 15% compared to the same month of the previous year.

In January, Russia's shipments of raw aluminum to Austria increased by 71% to 1222.1 tons, shipments to Belgium increased by 73% to 2466.7 tons, shipments to Bulgaria increased by 58% to 1414.8 tons, shipments to Germany increased by 149% to 7492.1 tons, shipments to Spain increased by 65% to 3124.3 tons, shipments to France increased by 37% to 4826.3 tons, shipments to Croatia increased by 217% to 1780.7 tons, shipments to the Netherlands increased by 196% to 11709.9 tons.
