According to information obtained from foreign sources, it has been heard that an Iranian producer has signed a billet export agreement of 20,000 tons. The deal was concluded at $670-675/ton FOB for April'22 shipment.
Iran's billet export prices have increased by around $70/ton compared to the last auctions held in mid-February, following the rise in global steel prices driven by rising raw material prices due to trade tensions stemming from the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
