Kütük Piyasası Değerlendirmesi | 14 Temmuz, 2026

Küresel kütük pazarı, önemli bölgelerde alım faaliyetlerinin zayıf seyretmesine rağmen genel olarak yatay kaldı ve üreticiler teklif seviyelerini korudu. Çinli ihracatçılar rekabetçi fiyatlarla denizaşırı pazarlara odaklanmayı sürdürürken, Türkiye'deki zayıf talep ve Rus üreticilerin karşı karşıya olduğu zorlu piyasa koşulları ticaretin hız kazanmasını engelledi.

Chinese 130 mm billet export offers were reported at $530/t CFR Tema (Ghana) and $526/t CFR Djibouti, indicating continued interest in African destinations where demand has remained relatively resilient.

In Southeast Asia, Indonesian producer Dexin kept its billet export offer unchanged at $460/t FOB, reflecting a cautious approach as market participants awaited clearer demand signals.

Russian billet prices also remained stable at $470/t FOB Black Sea, while offers to Türkiye were reported at $490-495/t CFR. However, Turkish buyers continued to bid significantly lower at $475-480/t CFR, leaving a noticeable gap between buyer expectations and seller targets and limiting the likelihood of new transactions.

The Russian market also continues to face structural challenges. Steel price increases have been gradual, while logistics costs have reportedly risen by 30-50% since February, putting additional pressure on producers' margins. Although market participants expect Chinese steel production cuts to support global demand and prices in the coming months, industry experts believe Russian steelmakers are unlikely to return to sustainable profitability before mid-2027.

Overall, the billet market remains balanced but lacks strong buying momentum. Stable export offers contrast with cautious purchasing activity, while rising costs continue to weigh on suppliers, particularly in Russia.
