Within this framework, TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ was allocated a total budget of TRY 38 billion, including TRY 24.274207 billion for ongoing projects and TRY 13.725793 billion for new projects. Projects such as the procurement of diesel-electric mainline locomotives and the production of national electric train sets are planned to be completed by 2028.

The TRY 111.58 billion budget allocated to the General Directorate of TCDD will be used to continue projects including the Çerkezköy-Kapıkule, Adana–Osmaniye–Gaziantep, Sivas–Erzincan, Konya–Karaman–Niğde–Mersin–Adana, and Ankara–Polatlı–Afyonkarahisar–Uşak–Manisa–İzmir high-speed rail lines, as well as railway connection lines to various organized industrial zones.

Meanwhile, the TRY 112 billion allocated for railway projects implemented by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure will be used for railway connection line feasibility studies in 59 provinces, the rehabilitation of suburban lines, and the realization of high-standard railway lines, including the Gebze–Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge–Istanbul Airport–Çatalca and Yerköy–Kayseri routes.
