Taiwan's Yusco raises its stainless steel prices for January 2023

Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), one of Taiwan's leading stainless steel producers has increased its prices for January next year.

Taiwan's Yusco raises its stainless steel prices for January 2023

The domestic price of 304 cold rolled and hot rolled has increased by NT$2,500/ton (81 USD), the domestic price of 430 cold rolled and hot rolled has increased by NT$1,500/ton (49 USD), and the 316L surcharge would be negotiated individually.

The export price of 304 increased by US$100/ton and the price of 430 increased by US$50-80/ton.

Yusco said that the raw material prices have risen sharply, which has increased production costs.
