Syntagma Capital starts negotiations to acquire Erasteel

Syntagma Capital announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Eramet Group to acquire Erasteel. Erasteel is a world leader in conventional and powder metallurgy of high-speed steels for high-performance machining, drilling and cutting tools, as well as sustainable solutions for the recovery of batteries, catalysts and metals. In 2022, the company, which mainly serves the aerospace, automotive and industrial sectors, has 850 employees in six plants in France, Sweden and China.
