South Korean steelmaker Dongkuk Steel has signed a contract for 25,000 tons of Russian A3 scrap cargo for November 2021 shipment.

Russian scrap import prices rise in latest deal

South Korean steelmaker Dongkuk Steel has signed a contract for 25,000 tons of Russian A3 scrap cargo for November 2021 shipment.

The scrap price is finalized at $483/ton on CFR basis, slightly up $3/ton from the previous agreement on August 25.
