The iron and steel sector suffered serious injuries from the earthquake on 6th February, 2023. It seems that the recovery of the region, which provides about 1/4 of the steel production in our country, will take time for the sector to continue its activities as before.
A rebar factory in Izmir said it would not give a price until Monday, February 20 , to help the sector recover a little more.
There is no significant transaction between the trader, so it is observed that the prices continue horizontally.
