Japan's steel exports fell

Japan's steel exports amounted to about 2.45 million tons in July, down 18.9 percent year on year, according to Japanese Ministry of Finance data.

Among them, exports to Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), South Korea, China, EU and USA amounted to approximately 924,000 tons, 424,000 tons, 308,000 tons, 104,000 tons and 63,000 tons, respectively. It fell to 33.6%, down 11.4% year-on-year.
