Iron prices announced on October 5

While trading activities in iron and steel factories were somewhat active, demand from end consumers was weak. Istanbul producers announced their iron prices in the range of $710-715 today, and Izmir factories in the range of $695-710. In Karabük, the product price of $700 announced by Kardemir attracted approximately 25,000 tons of demand. Merchant-based prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday.
