U.S. hot rolled coil imports decreased

In February of this year, the US hot-rolled coil import decreased by 22.6% compared to the previous month and decreased by 25.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching approximately 106,000 tons.

The hot-rolled coil imports from Canada were around 77,000 tons, around 11,000 tons from Mexico, 6,000 tons from the Netherlands, 4,000 tons from Brazil, and 3,000 tons from South Korea.

The value of the imports during this period was at the level of 88.6 million US dollars.
