Iron and steel markets were active today with the increase in the exchange rate. While the dollar-based rebar prices at the factories remained stable, the TL-based iron prices increased depending on the dollar. The increase in producer prices was also reflected in seller prices. Iron prices rose between 80-120 TL according to the regions.
The rebar prices we publish on a daily basis are as follows;
Istanbul iron prices increased by 120 TL to 6.670 TL
Izmir iron prices increased by 100 TL to 6,550 TL.
Karabük iron prices increased by 120 TL to 6.600 TL.
Payas iron prices increased by 80 TL and were announced as 6,480 TL.
