Tosyalı signed a letter of intent with AD Ports Group

Tosyalı Holding announced that it has signed a letter of intent (MoU) with AD Ports Group (ADX: ADPORTS), one of the global trade, logistics and industry companies.

In addition to port operations in Iskenderun and Algeria and ongoing new port investments, Tosyalı Holding, which also has port investments in Erzin, aims to increase its exports through its collaborations.
In this context, Tosyalı has signed a letter of intent with AD Ports Group and aims to create a framework for cooperation in a wide range of shipping, logistics, ports and transportation services, including potential joint investment in new port facilities to support export operations.
According to the statement, AD Ports Group has expanded its transportation fleet and logistics operations through a series of strategic acquisitions and joint ventures in 2022, positioning Tosyalı as an ideal partner for the rapidly growing steel producer.

Fuat Tosyalı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tosyalı Holding, whose views were included in the statement made by the company, said, "In line with our goal of commissioning transportation and logistics facilities that can deliver our products to the market quickly and efficiently and contributing to the growth of our country's exports, we have taken the first step of an important cooperation with AD Ports Group, which we believe to be a strong partner."
Tosyalı also pointed out the potential of the cooperation to contribute to Turkey's exports.
Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, AD Ports Group General Manager and Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), said: "Our agreement enables us to offer a complete package of shipping, logistics and port services supported by innovative digital technology. We are grateful for the support and guidance of the UAE leadership in enabling us to maintain global agreements of this nature."
