Iron and steel markets started the new week with a rise. Increases in scrap price offers had a strong impact on product prices. The announcement of İçdaş A.Ş. with a $20 increase in prices compared to the previous week gave the market an increase momentum. A producer in İzmir revised its prices to $650 by selling approximately 18,000 tons from $640 in the morning.
Trader prices increased between 200-300 TL depending on the regions.
The rebar prices published daily, are as follows;
Istanbul iron prices 14.500 TL (+300)
Izmir iron prices 14.200 TL (+200)
Karabuk iron prices 14.400 TL (+200)
Payas iron prices were announced as 14.400 TL (+300).
