October 8, rebar prices are at the peak of the last 3 months. Iron prices, which were at this level in the middle of July for the last time, had decreased to 6,450-6,500 TL at the beginning of September.
After the scrap market revived with the return of China to the markets, foreign demand has also picked up somewhat. For this reason, the factories are keeping the domestic market demand waiting, and they are pushing the prices even higher with the energy hikes that have been coming together in the last days.
The traded rebar prices we publish on a daily basis are as follows;
Istanbul iron prices increased by 200 TL to 7,400 TL.
İzmir iron prices increased by 70 TL to 7,300 TL.
Karabük iron prices increased by 70 TL to 7.300 TL.
Payas iron prices increased by 120 TL and were announced as 7,300 TL.
