Rebar prices for steel mills were announced on December 19. While the list prices of producers in Istanbul and Izmir were announced as $670, prices of $660 were traded on Payas. Although the Istanbul and Izmir factories said they could make a discount, the expected sale did not materialize. Traded prices are in the range of 14.500-14.750 TL.
