Rebar prices peaked in February, increasing by 15.31% from January to $776. However, with the downward trend that started after February, prices reached their lowest level for the year at $555 in August. In November, they increased by 7.13% from the previous month, from $574 to $615.
Billet peaked in March
Billet prices started the year at $600, reaching a high of $650 in March. Continuing its downward trend after March, billet prices decreased to a low of $465 in August.
In September, they increased by 19.35% to $555, before falling by 9.01% to $505 in October. From October to December, it rose by 7.92% from $505 to $545.
