All shares of Antara Steel Mills were sold to Singaporean Esteel Enterprise.

Lion Industries sells Antara Steel Mills to Esteel

Malaysia's Lion Industries Corp reportedly announced recently that it has sold all its shares of Antara Steel Mills to Singapore's Esteel Enterprise.

Antara Steel Mills is located in the eastern region of Malaysia with an annual production of 900,000 tons.

Lion Industries said it received about US$166 million from Esteel.
