Jindal (India) Limited, part of the BC Jindal Group, has completed its INR 15 billion expansion project in West Bengal with the commissioning of a new continuous colour coating line at its Ranihati manufacturing complex in Howrah.
The company stated that the newly commissioned colour coating line has an annual production capacity of 275,000 mt. According to Jindal India, the investment marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and reflects its confidence in India’s infrastructure and industrial development.
The expansion project is expected to support employment growth, technological advancement and broader economic development in the region.
