Italian CTA acquires Raccortubi

Commerciale Tubi Acciaio (CTA), a pipe company in Italy, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Raccortubi, a world leader in the supply of pipes, fittings and flanges in stainless steel and special alloys.

This acquisition strengthens CTA's position in the stainless steel market and creates synergies by integrating Raccortubi's production phase with its core business, including marketing.
