Iron prices cannot find direction due to production costs

Rebar prices were announced on April 8. Although the factories continue their list prices in the $960-970 range, some market representatives claimed that the factories are priced at $950 or even below. While it is said that the May orders of the factories are full, it is not yet known whether there will be sufficient demand for the future. Factory representatives, on the other hand, state that the costs are very high ($653 scrap / $320 factory cost), so prices should never go below $960.

İzmir iron prices decreased by 100 TL to 16,200 TL

Karabük iron prices do not change, 16,000 TL

Payas iron prices remained unchanged and were announced as 16,000 TL.
