China's stainless steel imports and exports increased in November

Most imports were from Indonesia with a total of 232,000 tons, up 24.52 percent year on year.

Imports from Indonesia fell to 73% as a major domestic stainless steel producer cut production in November. The December import volume was expected to be almost the same as the November level.

Stainless steel exports from China in November amounted to 478,9000 tons, up 2% compared to the same period of the previous year and up 28 percent compared to the previous month.
