Arabian Pipes Company announced that it has signed a new steel pipe supply contract worth approximately SAR 48 million (USD 12.8 million) with energy giant Saudi Aramco. Under the agreement, the company will manufacture and supply steel pipes for Aramco’s ongoing energy and pipeline projects.
The contract, signed on May 20, will run for a period of eight months. The financial impact of the agreement is expected to be reflected in the company’s financial results during the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027.
Industry representatives state that the agreement highlights the continuation of energy, oil, and natural gas infrastructure investments across the Middle East. Demand for high-quality steel pipes remains strong in the region, while energy companies continue to increase investments in transmission lines and production facilities.
It was also emphasized that the recent orders received from Aramco continue to support Arabian Pipes’ order backlog and revenue outlook.
