Following this meeting, they observed the labeling and painting of rebar under camera control at Çolakoğlu Metalurji Long Products Facility on December 1, 2023.
Following the meeting, the following topics were discussed in the meetings held with the participation of member organization representatives and officials from the Revenue Administration and the General Directorate of Minting:
1.İDİS application covers the use of domestic rebar in principle,
2.Labeling and painting for domestic delivery,
3.Carrying out the tracking process on the basis of tonnage, not on the basis of iron bars in each bond,
4.Not painting the rebar subject to export within the scope of İDİS,
5.Putting only one label on export products and writing the information requested by the buyer on this label,
6.The manufacturer's liability ends following delivery,
7.Applying labels and paint to non-standard products of various lengths on the field, without requiring a camera,
8.Products that are produced for export but cannot be exported and comply with the TS 708 standard are sold in the domestic market after being labeled and painted in the field,
9.If the issue of abandoning the camera application is discussed or continued, the camera recordings do not cause a stoppage in the production line,
10.Eliminating any problems that may occur in the production line in the stock area,
11.Essentially, construction iron ties offered to the domestic market are presented labeled and painted with two labels,
12.Revision of the system guide and letter of undertaking prepared by the General Directorate of Mint.
TÇÜD stated that it was appropriate not to sign the letter of undertaking previously prepared by the General Directorate of Mint at this stage, and announced that the letter of undertaking and system guide would be revised by holding a meeting with the participation of a smaller number of people, if necessary, for details on the subject.
