Australia's BlueScope Steel has approved a $1 billion investment to expand North Star.

$1 billion investment from BlueScope Steel

Australian company BlueScope will expand its North Star facility in the US. The company has approved an investment of US$1 billion for its facility.

With the completion of the expansion project in fiscal year 2023, North Star Bluescope Steel's annual capacity will increase by 850,000 tons.
