BMS Birleşik Metal'in projesiyle ilgili ÇED kararı çıktı

Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı Çevresel Etki Değerlendirmesi, İzin ve Denetim Genel Müdürlüğü web sitesinde yayınlanan ilanda konuya ilişkin şu bilgiler verildi:

KOCAELİ ili DILOVASI, ilcesi 109 ada, 1 parselde, 20799 m2 mevkiindeki BMS BİRLEŞİK METAL SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ -DİLOVASI ŞUBESİ tarafından yapılması planlanan FOSFAT KAPLAMA VE HALAT İMALATI KAPASİTE ARTIŞI projesi ile ilgili olarak Bakanlığımıza sunulan PTD Dosyası incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir ÇED Yönetmeliği'nin 17. maddesi gereğince FOSFAT KAPLAMA VE HALAT İMALATI KAPASİTE ARTIŞI projesi'ne Valiliğimizce 'Çevresel Etki Değerlendirmesi Gerekli Değildir' kararı verilmiştir.
