Germany-based Hoberg & Driesch Tube Group and ATTEC Holding have agreed to consolidate their operations in Türkiye under the newly established H&D ATTEC A.Ş. The new organization is designed to combine the two companies' product portfolios, technical expertise, and extensive knowledge of the Turkish market within a single operating structure.
Expanded Product Portfolio and Integrated Solutions
The new company will offer a comprehensive range of industrial tube products and services through a single platform. Its core product portfolio will include:
Heavy-wall seamless steel tubes and seamless precision steel tubes;
HPL tubes and hydraulic system components;
Tubing solutions for the energy sector;
Stainless steel tube products.
The integration is expected to provide customers with broader product availability, enhanced technical support, and a more comprehensive service offering.
Local Warehouse Investment to Improve Delivery Times
H&D ATTEC's supply chain will be supported by Hoberg & Driesch Tube Group's central warehouses in Düsseldorf, Duisburg, and Neuss, giving the new company direct access to extensive inventories and a broad range of materials.
In addition, the partners plan to establish a dedicated warehouse in Türkiye to strengthen local logistics capabilities. The investment is expected to:
Reduce order lead times;
Improve product availability in the domestic market;
Provide customers with faster and more flexible supply options.
Executives Highlight Long-Term Growth Strategy
Hoberg & Driesch Tube Group CEO Hanns-Jörg Westendorf said the merger represents a cornerstone of the company's long-term strategy in Türkiye.
"By joining forces, we are creating a strong platform to support our continued growth in Türkiye. We are combining our international sourcing and warehousing expertise with decades of local market experience and a deep understanding of our customers' requirements," Westendorf said.
ATTEC International CEO Özcan Aydın described Türkiye as a strategically important growth market for the company.

In addition to supplying carbon and stainless steel tubes, H&D ATTEC A.Ş. will also provide hydraulic components to customers across Türkiye. The company aims to combine local market expertise with Hoberg & Driesch Tube Group's international sourcing, warehousing, and logistics capabilities to deliver an integrated supply solution for the Turkish industrial sector.
