Yaklaşık 5 milyon KGS kartından 200 bine yakını HGS etiketi ile değiştirilirken, 4 milyon 800 bin kart sahibinin 1 Ocak'tan önce kartlarını etiketle yenilemesi gerekiyor.

PTT Genel Müdürü Osman Tural, ''Son dakikayı bekleme hastalığımız var. Ne yazık ki etiket satışları istediğimiz rakamlara ulaşmadı'' dedi.
