SPK, yurtdışında 675 milyon dolarlık tahvil ihracına onay verdi

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK), yurtdışında Mersin Uluslararası Liman İşletmeciliği'nin 600 milyon dolar, Kalibre Boru Sanayi'nin 75 milyon dolara kadar tahvil ihraç etmesine izin verdi.

SPK, yurtdışında 675 milyon dolarlık tahvil ihracına onay verdi

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK), son yayımladığı bültenle Mersin Uluslararası Liman İşletmeciliği'nin 600 milyon dolar ve Kalibre Boru Sanayi'nin 75 milyon dolara kadar tahvil ihracına izin verdi. Bu karar, 1 Ekim tarihinde SPK tarafından duyuruldu.

Ancak, SPK'nın bu kararı, iki hafta önce Mersin Uluslararası Liman İşletmeciliği'ne verdiği 517 milyon dolarlık tahvil ihracını iptal etmesinin ardından geldi. Bu gelişmeler, Türkiye'deki sermaye piyasalarının hareketliliği ve yatırım olanaklarına ilişkin yakından takip edilen konular arasında yer alıyor.
