While Turkish billet producers offered their products mostly at $535-540/t EXW for October shipment, prices remained at the same level for two consecutive weeks.
Billets from Russia and the Black Sea region were offered at $500-505/t CFR Zonguldak or Bartın and $515-520/t CFR Iskenderun for October shipment, unchanged from last week. $495/t CFR levels were also discussed, but no further details have been given yet. For fast shipment, Iranian billet can be booked at $480/t DAP, while Azerbaijani billet can be purchased at $500/t DAP.
