Vale Metal Hisselerini Satacak

Vale ve Sumitomo PT Vale Endonezya'nın % 20'sini devlete ait Inalum'a satacak. Vale 19 Haziran Cuma günü yaptığı açıklamada, Brezilyalı madenci Vale ve Japonya merkezli Sumitomo Metal Mining Co nikel üreticisi PT Vale Endonezya'daki ortak hisselerinin %20'sini devletin sahip olduğu Inalum'a satmayı kabul etti. .

Vale, bağlı şirketi Vale Canada Ltd'ye ait olan Endonezya şirketindeki hisselerinin % 14,9'unu satacak ve Sumitomo % 5,1 hissesini elden çıkaracak ve şirketleri sırasıyla % 44,3 ve % 15 hissesi bırakacak.
