US structural pipe imports increased in October

In October this year, US imports of structural pipe increased by 11.3% on a monthly basis and 20.1% on an annual basis to around 38,443 tons.

Imports from Canada were about 22,801 tons, Mexico about 6,685 tons, India about 3,187 tons, South Korea about 1,872 tons and Germany about 1,000 tons.

The value of imports during this period was approximately $61.9 million.
