According to official data, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has set the dumping margin for the South Korean company HiSteel. The average dumping margin for heavy-walled rectangular welded steel pipes and tubes purchased from the company was set at 2.80%. The final anti-dumping duty for the company will be effective from 2nd March, 2023.
HiSteel reportedly sold at lower prices than normal value in the U.S. in the period from 1st September, 2020 to August 31.
