Turkey's HRC imports decreased in the January-November period

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Turkey imported approximately 4.4 million tons of hot rolled coils between January and November 2022, down 15% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Imports from China more than quadrupled to 700,000 tons, while imports from Russia and Ukraine fell sharply. Russia imported about 1.1 million tons, down 40% year on year. Ukraine imported about 230,000 tons, down 79 percent year on year.
