In the world's construction materials exports, China ranked first with 253.6 billion dollars.

"The report is an important reference source for our industry stakeholders"

Tayfun Küçükoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Türkiye İMSAD, whose views are included in the statement, stated that the world economy, which recovered rapidly after the epidemic, was exposed to the distorting effects of the Russia-Ukraine war, and talked about the negativities caused by the war, high inflation rates, the increase and fluctuation in commodity and energy prices, and the contraction in demand.

Noting that they can evaluate the opportunities by analyzing the last year's data well, Küçükoğlu said, "It is of great importance that we have the right data while creating our medium-long term strategies to increase our competitiveness." used the phrase.

Küçükoğlu stated that they will continue to share regular data so that the sector has accurate, unbiased and up-to-date information, and said, "We believe that we have fulfilled an important responsibility with the aggregate data we have prepared by refining the information coming from both the authorities and our sectoral network. Turkey İMSAD Construction Sector Report 2021, like previous reports. It will be an important source of reference for our sector stakeholders who want to develop." made a statement.
