Tata Steel to set up manufacturing plant in Uttar Pradesh

Tata Steel has inaugurated a fully automated construction service centre in Uttar Pradesh for the manufacture of reinforced products.

Speaking to the media, Ashish Anupam, President, Marketing and Sales, Long Products, Tata Steel, said the Ghaziabad centre, the company's second after Cuttack in Odisha, would also provide solutions to the construction industry.

"The company has partnered with channel partner Vikrant Ispat Udyog to open the first such service centre in western UP to provide customised retrofit products and solutions to the construction industry," he said.
