Taiwan’s E-Sheng raises section steel prices

E-Sheng Steel Co., one of the section steel manufacturers in Taiwan, raised the prices of section steel by NT$800/ton, applicable from April 1. The price adjustment followed Feng Hsin’s price trend. 

After the price adjustment, the price for angle bar was NT$28,900-29,900/ton; that for imported A36 channel bar was NT$29,900/ton; that for flat bar was NT$28,900-30,900/ton; that for A36 round bar was NT$29,400-30,400/ton. 

The surcharge for length, quality, and cutting was kept unchanged at NT$200/ton. The minimum order quantity for customized length was 20 tons.
