Taiwan's largest rebar producer Feng Hsin Steel has reduced its rebar prices by $12 due to the continued decline in global scrap prices.
The mill offered a price of $615 for 13 mm rebar, while the purchase price of domestic HMS 1&2 80:20 scrap reached $329.
