KARDEMİR Chairman Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir, board members, senior management and unit managers attended the workshop. In a statement, it was stated that planning activities for the future were carried out at the workshop.
KARDEMİR executives, who came together at the Yenişehir Engineers Club, carried out planning studies on the steps to be taken for the future by exchanging views, consultation and brainstorming for two days on September 16-17.
Speaking at the opening of the "Strategic Plan Goal-Objective Workshop", which is the main work in the preparation of KARDEMİR's 5-year strategic plan, Demir underlined the importance of the workshop that will shape the future of KARDEMİR.
Demir said, "Considering the 87-year history of KARDEMİR, it is certain that this meeting, which aims to consult extensively on new approaches to both our products and production methods in order to do the work we do better, will be a guide for the new horizons we intend to carry KARDEMİR to. We have rolled up our sleeves for the construction of a KARDEMİR that our shareholders will be proud of in cooperation with our managers and employees who carry our company on their shoulders."
